Our service to your company will be to decrease sick leave and absenteeism within your workforce.

What is sick leave/absenteeism caused by?
Sick leave and absenteeism can be caused by a physical/mental overload to the musculoskeletal systems. This condition can cause illness and is influenced by numerous factors; including stress, duration, posture, workload, morale and environment. Most job related illnesses are progressive, weakening the worker over time. During this time, the employee becomes less productive; and when productivity is down, your company makes less money.

Another cost for the company experiencing sick leave/absenteeism lies in insurance premiums. After there are claims within the company, the premium for both employees and employers goes up; leading to further loss.

How can WE help?
First you identify where you have the highest percentage of sick leave within your company. We will do a feasibility screening of that department, which will be followed with a presentation and discussion of a plan for your company.

Then, after a mutual agreement is made we will perform a comprehensive, biomechanical analysis of that department. We will create a detailed report about our findings and complete it with our advice about how to incorporate changes within the needs of your company. We will also incorporate ten hours of staff education with the intent to reduce sick leave. We then measure results in three month increments during the period of one year.

What do our services cost?
All programs will be discussed and designed, based on the needs of each individual company. After the initial screening and report, your cost will be a percentage of your projected savings achieved by increased productivity. In the simplest terms, our reimbursement will be based on your savings. Any additional "in-house" services will be based on an hourly rate of 500 euro per hour.
